Motor parameter self-study operation for VC690 CNC inverter

Step 1 :Please set the CNC inverter parameter according to the nameplate of controlled motor,encoder parameter and installation position,in the case of factory default for all parameters.(Wrong parameter setting of frequency converter will cause control characteristics to deteriorate or even stop running):

If parameter is 1,after starting,,motor parameter self-study will be started.It will return 0 after study.If the parameter is 2,it can automatically test position given pulse gear rate.

Step 2: Set F02.08(motor parameter test) as 1, then start spindle.

        VFD frequency converter automatically starts motor parameter self-study operation.

     In the self-learning process,machine tool spindle firstly keep tens of seconds in static station.Then it will automatically run and stop.Please don’t operate VFD and spindle during this period,to avoid accidental injury.

    If self-study is successful,VFD will show “SUCCE” momentarily and disappear,and F02.08 will automatically return 0. If self-study is failed,it will show “FAIld”, F02.08 will show 1.When VFD is started next time,it will enter self-study station again.

    VFD will automatically save motor inner parameter to use for running control by self-study.If self-study is started from CNC and finished,VFD will be in ready to run after pressing CNC stop or reset button.After CNC issues a start command again,VFD will run according to rotating speed command issued from CNC.
